Booking your dream tour is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Click the "+" (plus) icon next to the "Adult" option to select how many people will join the tour. Start by selecting at least 1 adult.
After selecting the number of adults, you’ll see an option to “Choose Tour Package”. Click on it to view the available tour options.
Browse through the list and select the tour package that fits your preferences. You can find options such as:

Once you’ve chosen your preferred tour package, click the "+" (plus) icon next to the package name to add tickets. Each click adds one ticket for that tour.
Double-check your choices to ensure you've selected the correct number of people and the desired tour. You can adjust the quantity anytime before proceeding.
Click “Next” or “Continue” to proceed to the booking summary and payment page. Fill in your details, choose a payment method, and confirm your booking.
Let’s say you want to book a Fishing Adventure for 2 adults:
Click "+" next to "Adult" until the number shows 2
Click “Choose Tour Package”
Scroll to find "Fishing Adventure" and click the "+" icon once for each person (2 clicks = 2 tickets)
Proceed to payment and confirm your booking
Payment:
Prices are displayed in IDR for credit/debit card payments, or in USD when using PayPal.
Cards must support 3D Secure / OTP authentication for successful transactions.
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an instant booking confirmation via email. Please present this confirmation when redeeming your ticket or service.
Cancellation & Refunds:
You may request a refund with a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour, or provide official hospitalization documentation.
Refunds are processed in IDR or in accordance with the bank’s currency conversion rate on the day of the refund.
Weather-related cancellations are only accepted based on official safety advisories and organizer discretion—no refund is issued, but the tour may be rescheduled.
Full refunds are granted if the service provider cannot deliver the service.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 working days, and if approved, funds are returned within 14 working days.
No, transfers to and from the dining location are not included in the price, but they can be arranged for an additional fee.
The cost is IDR 1,000,000 per person. You can prepay online using VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal. Cash payments can also be made through Alfamart convenience stores.
