The contract rates, valid from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, are net, non-commissionable, and include a 21% government tax and services, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. However, be aware of high and peak season surcharges during specific periods, such as July and August 2025, December 2025 to January 2026, and the Lebaran Season in March 2026. Special conditions apply during peak season, including a minimum stay of three nights and restrictions on check-in and check-out dates around New Year’s Eve. A compulsory countdown celebration on December 31, 2025, adds to the festive atmosphere.
Families are welcome, with a generous children’s policy: children aged 0-4.99 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast, while those aged 5-10.99 years old receive a 50% discount on the adult price.
