This tour is suitable for groups of up to four people. For larger parties, additional transportation can be arranged. Children are welcome but must have their own seat for safety. Please wear respectful clothing (shoulders and knees covered) for temple visits and rituals. A change of clothes is recommended if participating in the purification ceremony. Don’t forget your camera, sunscreen, water bottle, and a hat.

Cancellation & Refunds:
You may request a refund with a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour, or provide official hospitalization documentation.
Refunds are processed in IDR or in accordance with the bank’s currency conversion rate on the day of the refund.
Weather-related cancellations are only accepted based on official safety advisories and organizer discretion—no refund is issued, but the tour may be rescheduled.
Full refunds are granted if the service provider cannot deliver the service.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 working days, and if approved, funds are returned within 14 working days.
